Job Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Fundraising Director to lead our fundraising efforts and drive our organization forward. As the Fundraising Director, you will be responsible for developing and implementing fundraising strategies to support our organization's growth and sustainability. You will work closely with the executive team and board of directors to create and maintain relationships with donors, sponsors, and partners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive fundraising strategies to support the organization's goals and objectives
• Identify and cultivate relationships with potential donors, sponsors, and partners to secure funding for the organization
• Plan and oversee fundraising events and campaigns, including donor acquisition, retention, and stewardship efforts
• Develop and manage a budget for fundraising activities and ensure all fundraising targets are met
• Collaborate with the marketing and communications team to create and distribute fundraising materials and campaigns
• Build and maintain a strong network of community leaders, corporations, and foundations to support fundraising efforts
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in fundraising and apply them to the organization's strategies
• Provide regular reports and updates on fundraising progress to the executive team and board of directors
• Manage and mentor a team of fundraising staff, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their goals

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in fundraising, preferably in a non-profit organization
• Proven track record of successfully implementing fundraising strategies and achieving fundraising targets
• Excellent networking and relationship-building skills
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently and as a part of a team
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and fundraising software
• Passion for the organization's mission and dedication to making a positive impact in the community
