Job Description: We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Warehouse Operations Coordinator to join our team. As the Warehouse Operations Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operations of our warehouse facility. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of warehouse operations, including inventory management, shipping and receiving, and coordinating with various departments to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of warehouse operations, including inventory management, shipping and receiving, and order fulfillment
• Develop and implement warehouse policies and procedures to ensure efficient and accurate operations
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with purchasing and production departments to ensure stock availability
• Supervise and train warehouse staff, including scheduling, performance evaluations, and coaching
• Collaborate with transportation providers to schedule and track shipments, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of goods
• Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, orders, and shipments
• Identify and resolve any issues or discrepancies in inventory and shipments
• Ensure compliance with safety and security protocols to maintain a safe working environment
• Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and supplies
• Continuously monitor and improve warehouse processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs
• Conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy and completeness of inventory records
• Generate reports and provide analysis of warehouse performance to management
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to implement improvements and optimize operations

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in warehouse operations or logistics management
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, including inventory control, shipping and receiving, and order fulfillment processes
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
• Proven ability to manage and motivate a team
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and warehouse management software
• Familiarity with safety and security protocols in a warehouse setting
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet tight deadlines
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Detail-oriented with high level of accuracy
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
