Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Director of Education Programs to join our team. As the Director of Education Programs, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our education programs, including curriculum development, program implementation, and evaluation. You will work closely with a team of educators and administrators to ensure the success and growth of our education programs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a strategic plan for the overall direction and growth of our education programs
• Collaborate with the education team to design and revise curriculum, ensuring it aligns with industry standards and meets the needs of our students
• Oversee the implementation of all education programs, including scheduling, logistics, and instructor assignments
• Establish and maintain relationships with schools, community organizations, and other partners to promote our education programs and increase enrollment
• Lead and mentor a team of educators and program coordinators, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their goals
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of our education programs, making necessary adjustments to ensure continuous improvement
• Develop and manage the education budget, ensuring resources are allocated effectively and efficiently
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in education to ensure our programs remain relevant and competitive

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in education program management, preferably in a leadership role
• Strong understanding of curriculum development and program evaluation
• Excellent project management and organizational skills
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and mentor a team
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders
• Demonstrated ability to think strategically and make data-driven decisions
