About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Data Visualization Educator to join our team. As a Data Visualization Educator, you will be responsible for developing and delivering engaging and informative training programs to educate individuals and organizations on the best practices for data visualization. You will play a vital role in empowering individuals to effectively communicate complex data through visually appealing and impactful visualizations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver training programs on data visualization techniques, tools, and best practices.
• Create engaging and interactive learning materials, including presentations, videos, and hands-on activities.
• Utilize a variety of teaching methods, such as live workshops, webinars, and online courses, to effectively deliver training to diverse audiences.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest data visualization trends and techniques to continuously improve the training programs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop customized training programs for specific industries or organizations.
• Provide individual coaching and support to participants to enhance their data visualization skills.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments and participant feedback and make necessary adjustments for continuous improvement.
• Act as a subject matter expert on data visualization and contribute to the development of educational resources, such as articles, whitepapers, and blog posts.
• Represent the company at conferences and events as a speaker and educator on data visualization.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in data visualization, data science, computer science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in data visualization, data analytics, or a related field.
• Proven experience in developing and delivering training programs on data visualization.
• Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Qlik.
• Strong knowledge of data visualization best practices, principles, and techniques.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex information to diverse audiences.
• Passion for teaching and empowering others to effectively communicate data.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Willingness to travel for on-site training sessions and events.
