Key Responsibilities:

Utilize various sourcing techniques (e.g. online sourcing, networking, social media, job boards) to identify potential candidates for current and future job openings
Proactively build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for various roles within the company
Conduct initial screenings and assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and culture fit
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and develop effective sourcing strategies to meet those needs
Develop and maintain relationships with passive candidates and keep them engaged with our company
Represent our company at job fairs, networking events, and other recruitment events to attract top talent
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent sourcing and recruitment
Utilize data-driven insights to continuously improve and optimize our sourcing strategies
Assist with other HR-related tasks and projects as needed

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Talent Sourcing or Recruitment role, preferably in a fast-paced and high-growth environment
Proven track record of successfully sourcing and attracting top talent
Knowledge of different sourcing techniques and tools
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and networking skills
Ability to build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently
Passion for diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplace
Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems and other HR software
Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations
