Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategies to drive growth and increase revenue for the spa and wellness department
Create and maintain a positive and welcoming environment for guests, ensuring exceptional customer service is delivered at all times
Oversee the recruitment, training, and development of spa and wellness staff, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver high-quality services
Monitor and manage the department's budget, ensuring financial targets are met and expenses are controlled
Collaborate with other departments to create and promote spa and wellness packages and promotions, as well as cross-selling opportunities
Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide ongoing feedback to staff to ensure high levels of performance and productivity
Maintain and update all spa and wellness equipment and facilities, ensuring they are in good working condition and meet safety standards
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, implementing new techniques and services to enhance the spa and wellness offerings
Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and concerns in a professional and timely manner, resolving issues to ensure guest satisfaction
Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, negotiating contracts and pricing to ensure cost-effective procurement of products and supplies
Adhere to all health and safety regulations and protocols, maintaining a clean and safe working environment for staff and guests
Prepare and present reports on spa and wellness department performance and progress to senior management.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial role within the spa and wellness industry
Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
Strong business acumen and understanding of financial management
Proven track record of driving revenue and growth in a spa and wellness department
In-depth knowledge of spa and wellness treatments, products, and services
Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
Excellent customer service skills and a passion for delivering exceptional experiences
Proficient in Microsoft Office and spa management software
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
