Key Responsibilities:

Conduct regular inspections and maintenance tasks on aircrafts, including scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs.
Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems, as well as airframe and powerplant components.
Utilize various tools and equipment to perform maintenance tasks, including hand tools, power tools, and specialized aircraft maintenance equipment.
Keep detailed records of all maintenance and repairs performed, including parts used, labor hours, and any discrepancies found.
Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others.
Stay up-to-date with the latest industry regulations and standards to ensure compliance with all maintenance procedures.
Collaborate with other maintenance technicians and team members to ensure efficient and timely completion of maintenance tasks.
Communicate effectively with pilots, air traffic controllers, and other personnel to understand and address any issues with the aircraft.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent, with additional education or training in aviation maintenance preferred.
A valid FAA Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) certificate is required.
Minimum of 2 years of experience working as an Aviation Maintenance Technician or similar role.
Strong knowledge of aircraft mechanics and systems, including airframe, powerplant, and avionics.
Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics.
Proficient in using various tools and equipment for aircraft maintenance.
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-stress environment.
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
