Position: Education Coordinator
Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Education Coordinator to join our team. As the Education Coordinator, you will be responsible for developing, implementing and coordinating educational programs and initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and communication skills, as well as a passion for education and helping others.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement educational programs, initiatives and strategies that align with the organization's goals and objectives
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to identify educational needs and opportunities
- Coordinate and schedule educational events, workshops, and trainings
- Create and maintain program budgets, ensuring efficient use of resources
- Conduct research and analyze data to evaluate the effectiveness of educational programs
- Develop and maintain relationships with educational partners and stakeholders
- Develop and distribute educational materials and resources
- Monitor and report on education-related metrics and progress towards goals
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in education
- Provide guidance and support to educators and facilitators
- Assist in the recruitment, training, and supervision of education staff and volunteers
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Education or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in educational program development and coordination
- Experience working with diverse populations and communities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and educational software
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
