Job Title: Instructional Design Specialist

Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled Instructional Design Specialist to join our dynamic team. As an Instructional Design Specialist, you will be responsible for designing and developing effective learning experiences that meet the needs of our organization and its employees. You will work closely with subject matter experts to analyze training needs, create engaging content, and implement innovative instructional strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with subject matter experts to analyze training needs and develop learning objectives that align with organizational goals
• Design and develop engaging and interactive e-learning courses, webinars, videos, and other training materials using various authoring tools
• Utilize adult learning principles and instructional design theories to create effective and engaging learning experiences
• Conduct thorough needs assessments and analyze training data to determine the most appropriate delivery methods and technologies for each training program
• Develop assessments and evaluations to measure the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary improvements
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in instructional design, e-learning, and technology-enhanced learning
• Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency and alignment of training materials with company branding and messaging
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality training materials
• Continuously review and update existing training materials to ensure accuracy and relevance
• Provide guidance and support to trainers and facilitators in delivering effective training programs
• Collaborate with the learning management system (LMS) administrator to ensure smooth delivery and tracking of online training programs
• Communicate and present training plans, progress, and results to key stakeholders and senior management

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Instructional Design, Education, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in instructional design, e-learning development, or a similar role
• Proficient in using authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, or Camtasia
• Strong knowledge of adult learning principles, instructional design theories, and learning technologies
• Experience working with learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning platforms
• Excellent project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner
• Proven ability to work collaboratively and build relationships with cross-functional teams
• Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision
