About the Role: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Property Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in property management and a proven track record of success in managing commercial properties. This role will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our commercial properties, ensuring their profitability, and maintaining positive relationships with tenants and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of our commercial properties including leasing, maintenance, and financial performance.
• Develop and implement property management plans to optimize occupancy, minimize vacancy, and maximize rental income.
• Conduct market research and stay informed of industry trends to inform decision-making and strategy.
• Negotiate and execute lease agreements with tenants, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Oversee tenant relations, addressing any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Manage property maintenance and repairs, ensuring all work is completed on time and within budget.
• Monitor property financials, including rent collection, budget tracking, and expense management.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
• Stay up-to-date on industry regulations and maintain compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
• Foster positive relationships with key stakeholders including tenants, contractors, and vendors.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial property management.
• Strong understanding of commercial real estate industry and market trends.
• Proven track record of managing profitable commercial properties.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize competing demands in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of local and state laws and regulations related to property management.
• Professional designation such as Certified Property Manager (CPM) or Real Property Administrator (RPA) is preferred.

Working Conditions:

• This is a Full-time position, requiring occasional evening and weekend work.
• Must be able to travel to various properties within the company's portfolio.
• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
