Job Overview: As the Director of Education Programs, you will be responsible for overseeing the development, implementation, and evaluation of all education programs offered by Davidson College. You will work closely with the executive team to ensure that our programs align with our mission and goals, while also meeting the needs and expectations of our students and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic plans for all education programs, in line with the organization's mission and goals
• Lead a team of program managers and coordinators to ensure effective delivery of programs
• Collaborate with external partners and stakeholders to develop and enhance program offerings
• Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness, making necessary adjustments to ensure continuous improvement
• Manage program budgets, ensuring resources are utilized efficiently and effectively
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with schools, universities, and other organizations to promote our programs and increase enrollment
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to ensure our programs remain innovative and relevant
• Create and maintain program documentation, including curriculum, policies, and procedures
• Provide regular reports to the executive team on program performance and progress towards goals
• Attend conferences and events to represent Davidson College and promote our programs

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Business Management, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
• At least 5 years of experience in a leadership role in the education industry
• Proven track record of developing and implementing successful education programs
• Strong understanding of curriculum development, program evaluation, and budget management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at all levels
• Strategic thinker with the ability to identify and capitalize on opportunities for growth and improvement
• Passion for education and commitment to our mission
• Experience working with diverse student populations and understanding of cultural competency
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software programs
