We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated NLP Developer to join our dynamic team. As an NLP Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing natural language processing (NLP) solutions for our company's products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop NLP algorithms and models to process and analyze large amounts of unstructured data
• Work closely with data scientists and software engineers to integrate NLP capabilities into our products and services
• Design and implement NLP pipelines for text classification, sentiment analysis, entity recognition, and other NLP tasks
• Conduct research and stay updated with the latest advancements in NLP to bring innovative ideas and solutions to the team
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into NLP solutions
• Conduct performance evaluations and optimization of NLP models and algorithms
• Develop tools and frameworks to improve the efficiency and accuracy of NLP processes
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code that follows industry best practices
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our NLP capabilities

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Computational Linguistics, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience as an NLP Developer or in a similar role
• Strong understanding of NLP concepts and techniques such as tokenization, parsing, and machine learning algorithms for NLP
• Experience working with NLP libraries and frameworks such as NLTK, SpaCy, Gensim, or TensorFlow
• Proficient in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++
• Experience with data manipulation and analysis using SQL or other database tools
• Knowledge of cloud computing and big data technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, or AWS is a plus
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively to develop innovative solutions
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Passion for learning and continuously improving NLP skills and knowledge
