Job Overview: As an Online Course Developer, you will play a crucial role in creating, designing, and developing online courses for our platform. You will work closely with subject matter experts, instructional designers, and multimedia specialists to produce high-quality and effective learning materials. Your main responsibility will be to develop engaging and interactive courses that meet the needs of our diverse and global audience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with subject matter experts to identify learning objectives, course content, and assessments.
• Design and develop online course materials, including presentations, videos, quizzes, and activities.
• Use instructional design principles and adult learning theory to create engaging and effective learning experiences.
• Work closely with multimedia specialists to incorporate interactive elements, such as simulations, animations, and games, into the courses.
• Ensure that the course content is accurate, up-to-date, and aligned with industry standards.
• Conduct quality assurance checks to ensure that the courses are error-free and meet our high standards of quality.
• Continuously evaluate and improve the effectiveness of the courses by soliciting feedback from students and making necessary updates.
• Stay updated on emerging trends and technologies in online learning and incorporate them into course development.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create course descriptions, promotional materials, and other marketing assets.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or a related field.
• 5 years of experience in online course development or instructional design.
• Strong knowledge of instructional design principles, adult learning theory, and online learning best practices.
• Proficiency in using e-learning authoring tools, such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, or Lectora.
• Experience with multimedia production, including audio and video editing, is a plus.
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Passion for learning and keeping up-to-date with the latest trends in online education.
