Position: Logistics Coordinator

About the Role: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Logistics Coordinator. As a key member of our logistics department, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing the movement of goods and materials from suppliers to customers. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage the movement of goods and materials from suppliers to customers
• Communicate with suppliers, carriers, and customers to ensure timely delivery of goods
• Track shipments and monitor inventory levels to ensure accurate and efficient delivery
• Work closely with the logistics team to develop and implement logistics plans and strategies
• Identify and resolve any issues or delays in the supply chain
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of shipments and inventory levels
• Coordinate with multiple departments to ensure smooth and efficient logistics operations
• Continuously monitor and improve logistics processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in logistics coordination or a similar role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and logistics software
• Knowledge of supply chain management principles and practices
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• High level of attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
• Willingness to work flexible hours as needed
• Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and policies
