Job Description: We are seeking a skilled Paper Machine Operator to join our team at Paper Craft Industries. As a leading paper manufacturing company, we are committed to producing high-quality paper products while maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.In this role, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining paper machines to produce various types of paper products. You will work closely with other team members to ensure that production targets are met and that our products meet quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor paper machines to produce paper products according to production schedules
• Perform machine set-up, adjustments, and troubleshooting as needed
• Monitor machine performance and make adjustments to maintain product quality and production targets
• Conduct regular quality checks and make adjustments to ensure products meet specifications
• Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as cleaning, lubricating, and inspecting machines
• Troubleshoot and resolve machine malfunctions in a timely manner
• Record production data and maintain accurate production logs
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and company policies
• Train and mentor new team members as needed

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 5 experience operating paper machines in a manufacturing setting
• Knowledge of paper manufacturing processes and equipment
• Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents and diagrams
• Good math skills and ability to perform basic calculations
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Willingness to work rotating shifts, including nights and weekends
• Physical stamina and ability to lift up to 50 pounds
