Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand the data requirements and design data structures that meet those requirements.
Develop and implement efficient algorithms for data storage, retrieval, and processing.
Conduct thorough data analysis to identify patterns and trends and use this information to optimize data structures.
Continuously monitor and evaluate the performance of existing data structures and make necessary improvements.
Identify and troubleshoot any issues related to data structures and provide timely solutions.
Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in data structures and recommend new techniques and tools to improve existing systems.
Work closely with the development team to integrate data structures into our systems and ensure they meet all functional requirements.
Create and maintain technical documentation for all data structures.
Collaborate with the Quality Assurance team to perform testing and ensure the accuracy and efficiency of data structures.
Train and mentor junior data engineers and provide technical guidance as needed.

Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
5 years of experience working as a Data Structures Designer or a similar role.
Strong knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and data processing techniques.
Proficient in programming languages like Java, Python, or C++.
Experience with database management systems (SQL, NoSQL, etc.) and data modeling.
Familiarity with Big Data technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, and MapReduce.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven track record of designing and implementing efficient data structures.
