Position: Education Program Coordinator

Overview: We are seeking a highly organized and motivated individual to join our team as an Education Program Coordinator. As the Education Program Coordinator, you will be responsible for the planning, development, and implementation of educational programs for our organization. You will work closely with our team of educators, volunteers, and community partners to ensure the success of our programs and the impact on our participants.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain relationships with schools, community organizations, and other partners to promote our educational programs
• Collaborate with our team of educators to design and implement effective curriculum for our programs
• Manage the logistics and scheduling of programs, including coordinating with participants, volunteers, and facilities
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of programs, making recommendations for improvements as needed
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and protocols for educational activities
• Plan and coordinate special events and workshops to enhance the educational experience for participants
• Oversee the recruitment, training, and supervision of volunteers and interns for educational programs
• Maintain accurate records and data related to program participation, evaluations, and outcomes
• Manage the program budget and ensure all expenses are within allocated funds
• Communicate regularly with stakeholders, including participants, parents, and community partners, to provide program updates and gather feedback
• Collaborate with the marketing team to promote our educational programs through various channels
• Stay updated on current trends, research, and best practices in education to enhance program offerings and impact

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Social Work, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in program coordination, preferably in the education sector
• Strong understanding of curriculum development and instructional design
• Excellent organizational and project management skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team and build strong relationships with stakeholders
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
• Knowledge of data management and evaluation techniques
