Position: Instructional Designer

Overview: We are seeking an experienced Instructional Designer to join our dynamic team. As an Instructional Designer, you will be responsible for designing and developing engaging and effective learning solutions for our organization. You will work closely with subject matter experts, project managers, and other team members to create high-quality instructional materials that meet the needs of our learners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop innovative and interactive learning programs that align with the organization's learning objectives and strategies.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather and analyze content, and identify learning needs and objectives.
• Utilize instructional design methodologies to create engaging and effective instructional materials, including e-learning courses, instructor-led training, videos, job aids, and other learning resources.
• Develop assessments to measure learning outcomes and provide feedback for improvement.
• Use a variety of instructional technologies and tools to enhance the learning experience.
• Conduct quality assurance reviews to ensure accuracy, consistency, and effectiveness of learning materials.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in instructional design and recommend new approaches to enhance the learning experience.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet project deadlines.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in instructional design, preferably in a corporate or adult learning environment.
• Strong understanding of instructional design principles and adult learning theories.
• Proficiency in using instructional design software, such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, or Camtasia.
• Experience with learning management systems and authoring tools.
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
