Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough inspections and tests on machinery components and finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications
• Develop and maintain quality control procedures and guidelines to ensure consistency and accuracy in all processes
• Identify and report any defects or non-conformities found during inspections and work with relevant departments to implement corrective actions
• Monitor production processes to ensure they comply with quality standards and make recommendations for process improvements
• Collaborate with engineers, technicians, and production staff to address any quality-related issues and provide technical support when needed
• Maintain accurate records of all quality control activities, including test results, inspection reports, and corrective actions taken
• Conduct internal audits to assess the effectiveness of quality control procedures and identify areas for improvement
• Stay up-to-date with industry standards and regulations related to machinery manufacturing and make sure our products comply with all requirements
• Train and mentor new quality control team members on procedures and best practices to ensure consistency and accuracy in their work
• Participate in cross-functional teams to support new product development and identify potential quality control issues before they arise

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in quality control in the machinery manufacturing industry
• Strong understanding of quality control principles, practices, and procedures
• Knowledge of machinery manufacturing processes and standards
• Experience with quality control tools and techniques such as statistical process control, root cause analysis, and failure modes and effects analysis
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to identify defects and non-conformities
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software programs
