Position: Solutions Architect

Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Solutions Architect to join our dynamic team. As a Solutions Architect, you will be responsible for designing and implementing innovative solutions for our clients' complex business problems. You will work closely with our clients and cross-functional teams to understand their unique needs and provide technical guidance and expertise to develop customized solutions. The ideal candidate must have a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of delivering successful solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand business requirements and design innovative solutions that meet their needs.
• Develop and maintain technical expertise in various domains, including cloud computing, data analytics, security, and infrastructure.
• Design and document end-to-end solutions, including system architecture, integration, and data flow.
• Develop prototypes and proof-of-concepts to demonstrate the feasibility and effectiveness of proposed solutions.
• Conduct technology assessments and provide recommendations for new tools, systems, and processes.
• Participate in the development and maintenance of technical standards, guidelines, and best practices.
• Ensure the scalability, reliability, and security of solutions by following industry best practices and standards.
• Work closely with project managers to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
• Collaborate with sales and business development teams to identify new opportunities and provide technical expertise during client presentations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Solutions Architect or similar role.
• Strong technical expertise in cloud computing, data analytics, security, and infrastructure.
• Experience with designing and implementing solutions using cloud platforms, such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Proven experience in developing and documenting system architecture, integration, and data flow.
• Solid understanding of software development methodologies and best practices.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively and strategically.
• Proven experience in leading and mentoring cross-functional teams.
• Certifications in relevant technologies, such as AWS Solutions Architect, is a plus.
