Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop software solutions using Java technologies
Collaborate with project managers, business analysts, and other team members to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications
Develop and maintain code for multiple applications and systems
Identify and troubleshoot software defects and performance issues
Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code
Conduct code reviews to ensure quality and adherence to coding standards
Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from concept and design to testing and deployment
Keep up-to-date with the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in Java development

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in Java development
Extensive knowledge of Java and J2EE technologies, including Spring framework, Hibernate, and JDBC
Strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles
Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and software development tools (e.g. Git, JIRA)
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Strong communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams
