Position: Education Program Manager

Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated Education Program Manager to join our team. As the Education Program Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the development, implementation, and evaluation of various education programs. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement education programs that align with the organization's mission and goals.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure program effectiveness and success.
• Manage program budgets, resources, and timelines to ensure efficient and timely delivery of programs.
• Monitor and evaluate program outcomes to identify areas for improvement and make necessary adjustments.
• Develop and maintain relationships with schools, community organizations, and other partners to expand program reach and impact.
• Recruit, train, and supervise program staff and volunteers to ensure program quality and consistency.
• Stay up-to-date with current education trends, research, and best practices to inform program development and implementation.
• Develop and maintain program policies, procedures, and documentation to ensure compliance with organizational and industry standards.
• Plan and coordinate program events, workshops, and other activities to engage and support program participants.
• Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to promote programs and increase program visibility.
• Prepare and present program reports, updates, and proposals to senior management and stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education, Program Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in education program management.
• Strong knowledge of education theories, principles, and practices.
• Experience in developing and implementing education programs for diverse populations.
• Proven track record of managing budgets, resources, and timelines.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to work collaboratively and build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
• Knowledge of data analysis and evaluation techniques.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software.
