Position: Data Architect

Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Data Architect to join our dynamic team. As a Data Architect, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and managing our organization's data architecture. This role requires strong analytical skills, technical expertise, and the ability to think strategically to ensure the successful implementation of our data architecture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop data models that support business requirements and align with our organization's goals and objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and provide solutions that meet business requirements.
• Develop and maintain data architecture standards, policies, and procedures to ensure data integrity, security, and reliability.
• Evaluate and recommend new technologies and tools to improve data management and analytics processes.
• Create data mapping and integration processes to ensure data flows seamlessly across systems.
• Work closely with database administrators and developers to optimize database performance.
• Develop and maintain data governance policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations and best practices.
• Establish and maintain data quality standards and processes to ensure the accuracy and consistency of data.
• Monitor and analyze data usage and identify opportunities for data optimization and improvement.
• Provide guidance and support to data analysts and other team members to ensure effective use of data architecture and tools.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in data architecture, data modeling, or a similar role.
• Extensive knowledge of database design, data warehousing, and data integration techniques.
• Strong understanding of data management, data governance, and data quality principles.
• Proficiency in SQL and experience with database management systems such as Oracle, SQL Server, or MySQL.
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
