Overview: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join our team. As a Logistics Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing all aspects of logistics and supply chain operations. This role requires strong communication skills, analytical thinking, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage all aspects of logistics operations, including transportation, inventory management, and warehouse coordination
• Plan and execute shipment schedules, ensuring timely delivery of goods to customers
• Monitor and track shipments to ensure on-time delivery and resolve any issues that may arise
• Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and carriers to optimize supply chain processes and ensure cost-effective solutions
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of all logistics activities, including invoices, bills of lading, and shipping documents
• Conduct regular inventory audits and manage inventory levels to meet customer demand
• Analyze data and provide reports on logistics performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions
• Ensure compliance with all transportation and trade regulations
• Continuously seek ways to improve efficiency and reduce costs in logistics operations
• Train and supervise logistics team members, providing guidance and support as needed

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in logistics or supply chain management
• Knowledge of supply chain and logistics processes, including transportation, inventory management, and warehouse operations
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and logistics management software
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Knowledge of transportation and trade regulations is preferred
• Strong leadership skills and ability to work well in a team environment
