About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Outsourcing Manager to join our team and oversee the outsourcing process for our company. In this role, you will be responsible for managing, coordinating, and monitoring all aspects of our outsourcing activities. You will work closely with our vendors to ensure that they meet our company's requirements, deliver quality products and services, and maintain a positive working relationship.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement outsourcing strategies to achieve cost savings and improve efficiency.
• Identify, evaluate, and select potential vendors to meet the company's outsourcing needs.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements with vendors, ensuring that they align with the company's goals and objectives.
• Monitor the performance of the vendors and ensure that they meet the agreed-upon service level agreements.
• Conduct regular vendor assessments to identify areas for improvement and address any issues or concerns.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that the outsourcing process is aligned with the company's overall strategy.
• Manage vendor relationships and act as the primary point of contact for all outsourcing-related queries and issues.
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in outsourcing to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Develop and maintain strong working relationships with key stakeholders, both internally and externally.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in outsourcing, vendor management, or supply chain management.
• Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of industry trends and best practices in outsourcing.
• Experience in managing cross-functional teams.
