Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the merchandising team to develop seasonal product strategies and assortments that align with the company's vision and goals
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends and consumer preferences
• Create and maintain purchase orders, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of products
• Coordinate with vendors to negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery schedules
• Monitor inventory levels and sales performance to make recommendations for adjustments to the product assortment
• Work closely with the visual merchandising team to ensure that products are displayed in an appealing and organized manner
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies and campaigns for new and existing products
• Provide support to sales teams in preparing and presenting product information to clients
• Conduct regular store visits to gather feedback and identify opportunities for improvement
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market conditions
• Assist in product development and selection, including attending trade shows and sourcing new suppliers
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date product information in the company's database

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Merchandising, Marketing, Business, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in a merchandising or product management role, preferably in the retail industry
• Strong understanding of retail math and product lifecycle management
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience working with product databases
• Creative and innovative mindset with a strong eye for detail
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Willingness to travel for work-related purposes
