Job Title: Systems Analyst

Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Systems Analyst to join our dynamic team. As a Systems Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing, designing, and implementing various technology solutions to meet the needs of our organization. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand their business requirements and translate them into technical specifications. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in systems analysis, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-depth analysis of current systems and processes to identify gaps and areas for improvement
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document functional and non-functional requirements
• Design and develop technical solutions that align with business requirements and adhere to industry best practices
• Create detailed system design documents, including data flow diagrams, process flows, and entity relationship diagrams
• Perform system testing and provide support for user acceptance testing
• Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues that arise during the development and implementation process
• Work closely with developers to ensure that the technical solutions are implemented according to specifications
• Provide ongoing support and maintenance for existing systems and applications
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation within our organization

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in systems analysis
• Strong understanding of system design and development principles
• Experience with database management and SQL queries
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, C++, or Python
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Experience working in an Agile development environment is a plus
