As a Loan Officer, you will play a key role in helping individuals and businesses secure loans to meet their financial needs. Key Responsibilities:

• Meet with clients to determine their financial needs and goals
• Explain different loan options and help clients choose the best option for their specific situation
• Collect and review financial documents from clients to assess their creditworthiness
• Analyze credit reports and financial statements to determine the risk level of each loan application
• Work closely with underwriters to ensure timely and accurate loan processing
• Communicate with clients throughout the loan process to keep them informed and address any concerns or questions
• Develop and maintain relationships with real estate agents, builders, and other referral sources to generate new business
• Meet or exceed sales and production goals set by the company

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field preferred
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or finance industry
• Strong knowledge of lending products and services
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and referral sources
• Knowledge of federal and state lending regulations and guidelines
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software programs
