Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement educational programs for Orinoco Tech
Collaborate with internal teams to design curriculum and learning materials
Coordinate with external partners and vendors to facilitate program delivery
Manage program budgets and ensure expenses are within budgetary guidelines
Conduct regular evaluations and assessments to measure program effectiveness and make improvements as needed
Develop and maintain relationships with schools, universities, and educational organizations to expand our network and reach
Plan and execute events, workshops, and conferences related to education programs
Communicate program updates and progress to stakeholders, including senior management
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in education to continuously improve program offerings

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field
Minimum of 3 years of experience in program coordination or education administration
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proven experience in curriculum development and instructional design
Knowledge of education trends and best practices
Proficient in Microsoft Office and learning management systems
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
