Table Games Supervisor

This position will primarily take place in a fast-paced and dynamic casino environment. The Table Games Supervisor will be required to stand for long periods of time, and may also be required to lift and move heavy objects. Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Table Games Supervisor to join our team. As a Table Games Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising the day-to-day operations of the table games department, ensuring that all games are run smoothly and efficiently. You will also be responsible for ensuring that all employees adhere to company policies and procedures, as well as maintaining a high level of customer service to ensure an enjoyable gaming experience for all patrons.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of the table games department, including managing schedules, assigning tasks, and ensuring all games are running smoothly.
• Train, coach, and mentor table games dealers to ensure they are providing excellent customer service and following proper procedures.
• Monitor and maintain proper staffing levels to ensure efficient game play and customer service.
• Ensure all employees are following company policies and procedures, including game rules, safety protocols, and cash handling procedures.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Assist in the recruitment and hiring of new table games dealers as needed.
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees on a regular basis.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as security and marketing, to ensure a seamless and enjoyable gaming experience for all patrons.
• Monitor and maintain game equipment, ensuring all games are in proper working order and making recommendations for repairs or replacements as needed.
• Keep up-to-date on industry trends and developments, implementing new strategies and processes to improve the overall efficiency and profitability of the table games department.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Business Management or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory role within a table games department.
• Strong knowledge of table games rules and procedures, including blackjack, poker, roulette, and other popular games.
• Excellent customer service skills and ability to handle and resolve customer complaints.
• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and train employees.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a gaming license.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
