Job Title: Program Development Director

Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Program Development Director to join our dynamic team. As the Program Development Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of new programs and initiatives to support the organization's objectives. This is a senior-level position that requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and project management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic plans for new programs and initiatives in alignment with the organization's goals and mission
• Lead a team of program managers and coordinators to ensure successful execution of program development plans
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential opportunities for program expansion and growth
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop program materials, including curriculum, training manuals, and marketing materials
• Manage program budgets and resources, ensuring efficient use of funds and timely completion of deliverables
• Evaluate the effectiveness of programs through data analysis and feedback from stakeholders, and make necessary improvements to ensure program success
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in program development, and make recommendations for improvements to existing programs
• Cultivate relationships with external partners and stakeholders to enhance program offerings and secure funding opportunities
• Lead the development and execution of program launch strategies, including marketing, communication, and training plans
• Provide regular progress reports to senior management and board members, highlighting achievements and addressing any challenges or roadblocks

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in business administration, education, or a related field
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in program development, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
• Proven track record of successfully launching and managing programs from conception to implementation
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and build relationships with external partners
• Strategic thinker with the ability to identify and capitalize on market opportunities
• Experience with budget management and financial analysis
• Proficient in data analysis and reporting
