Position: Director of Education Programs

Job Description: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic individual to join our team as the Director of Education Programs. As the Director, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of our education programs, ensuring that they align with our organization's mission and strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive and innovative education program strategy that supports the organization's overall objectives
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop and deliver high-quality educational programs that meet the needs of our target audience
• Lead and mentor a team of education program managers and coordinators, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful implementation of programs
• Establish and maintain relationships with external partners, including schools, universities, and community organizations, to expand the reach of our programs and increase participation
• Conduct research and analyze market trends to identify new opportunities for program expansion and growth
• Develop and manage program budgets, ensuring efficient use of resources and maximizing program impact
• Monitor and track program performance and outcomes, utilizing data and feedback to continuously improve program effectiveness and make data-driven decisions
• Oversee the development and implementation of program marketing and communication strategies to promote program awareness and attract participants
• Collaborate with the fundraising team to identify and secure funding opportunities for program sustainability and growth
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in education programs, and provide recommendations for program enhancement and innovation
• Represent the organization at conferences, events, and meetings to promote our education programs and establish partnerships

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 7 years of experience in program management, preferably in the education sector
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree is preferred
• Proven experience in developing and implementing successful education programs
• Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Demonstrated experience in budget management and financial planning
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions
• Passion for education and a strong understanding of current education trends and issues
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
