Job Title: Wireless Solutions Architect

Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled Wireless Solutions Architect to join our team and help us design, implement, and maintain advanced wireless solutions for our clients. As a Wireless Solutions Architect, you will be responsible for understanding our clients' business needs, developing wireless network architectures, and overseeing the deployment of wireless solutions. You will work closely with our sales team to identify potential clients and provide technical expertise during the sales process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development of wireless network architectures for clients, ensuring they meet their business needs and align with industry best practices.
• Conduct thorough analysis of clients' current network infrastructure and design customized wireless solutions to optimize performance and address any deficiencies.
• Collaborate with the sales team to identify potential clients and provide technical expertise during the sales process, including creating proposals and presenting solutions to clients.
• Design and implement wireless network security measures to protect clients' data and systems.
• Oversee the deployment of wireless solutions, working closely with project managers and network engineers to ensure timely and successful implementation.
• Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for wireless solutions, addressing any issues that may arise and making necessary updates and improvements.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in wireless technology, and continuously evaluate and recommend new solutions to enhance our offerings.
• Mentor and train junior team members on wireless network architecture and best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, engineering, and customer support, to ensure seamless integration of wireless solutions with other products and services.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in wireless network architecture, design, and implementation.
• Strong understanding of wireless protocols, including Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and cellular networks.
• Proficient in network security, including firewalls, VPNs, and encryption protocols.
• Experience with network monitoring and troubleshooting tools, such as Wireshark and Cisco Prime Infrastructure.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering wireless solutions that meet clients' business needs and requirements.
• Strong project management skills and ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Industry certifications, such as CCNA Wireless or CWNP, are highly desirable.
• Ability to travel to client sites as needed.
