Key Responsibilities:

Plan, organize, and oversee all maintenance activities, including preventive maintenance, repairs, and installations
Develop and implement maintenance schedules to ensure all equipment and facilities are functioning at optimal levels
Manage a team of maintenance technicians and provide guidance and support to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively
Monitor and maintain inventory levels of spare parts and equipment to ensure timely repairs and replacements
Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues and take appropriate actions to prevent any disruptions
Collaborate with other departments to schedule maintenance activities that will have minimal impact on daily operations
Ensure compliance with all safety and environmental regulations
Prepare and maintain maintenance reports, including budgets, expenses, and equipment performance
Continuously look for ways to improve maintenance processes and procedures to increase efficiency and reduce costs

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in maintenance, preferably in a supervisory role
Strong knowledge of maintenance procedures and techniques
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Experience in budgeting and cost management
Knowledge of safety and environmental regulations
Proficient in using maintenance software and tools
