Position Overview: AcademicAchievers Group is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Higher Education Program Director to join our team. As the Higher Education Program Director, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of our higher education programs. This includes developing and implementing program strategies, managing budgets, and collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure the success and growth of our programs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic plans for our higher education programs, in alignment with the company's goals and objectives
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the programs, including budget management, resource allocation, and reporting
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, such as faculty, staff, and industry partners, to ensure the quality and relevance of our programs
• Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness and make necessary adjustments to ensure continuous improvement
• Develop and maintain relationships with higher education institutions, government agencies, and other organizations to enhance program visibility and attract potential partnerships
• Lead the recruitment, training, and supervision of program staff to ensure a high-performing team
• Manage program budgets and ensure financial sustainability through effective resource management and fundraising efforts
• Develop and implement marketing and communication strategies to promote our programs and attract potential students
• Collaborate with the admissions team to ensure a seamless enrollment process for students
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in higher education to inform program development and delivery
• Represent the company at conferences, seminars, and other networking events to promote our programs and establish partnerships

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education, Business, or a relevant field
• At least 5 years of experience in program management, preferably in higher education
• Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with various stakeholders
• Proven track record of successfully developing and implementing programs
• Experience in budget management and resource allocation
• Knowledge of current trends and best practices in higher education
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines
