Key Responsibilities:

Plan, organize, and coordinate production activities to ensure maximum efficiency and productivity
Develop and implement production schedules to meet customer demand and delivery deadlines
Monitor production processes and make necessary adjustments to ensure quality standards are met
Train and supervise production staff to ensure they are following safety protocols and performing their tasks accurately
Maintain inventory levels and order raw materials as needed to ensure smooth production flow
Troubleshoot and resolve any production issues that may arise in a timely manner
Conduct regular performance evaluations for production staff and provide feedback for improvement
Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve overall efficiency
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations
Attend production meetings and provide reports on production progress, issues, and solutions

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a production supervisory role
Strong leadership and communication skills
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Proven experience in implementing process improvements and increasing efficiency
Knowledge of production processes and quality control standards
Familiarity with inventory management and lean manufacturing principles
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Proficient in Microsoft Office and production software systems
