Job Description: As a Commercial Real Estate Agent, you will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, or leasing commercial properties. You will be representing the company and its clients in all real estate transactions, providing expert advice and guidance to ensure successful outcomes. Your primary goal will be to help clients achieve their real estate objectives while upholding the highest level of professionalism and integrity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Research and identify potential commercial properties to meet clients' needs and preferences
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, landlords, and other industry professionals
• Conduct market analysis and stay updated on market trends and conditions
• Coordinate property showings and provide tours to potential clients
• Negotiate and draft contracts, leases, and other real estate documents
• Advise clients on property values, taxes, zoning regulations, and other relevant information
• Collaborate with marketing and advertising teams to promote properties and attract potential buyers or tenants
• Attend networking events and conferences to expand business opportunities and stay updated on industry developments
• Stay updated on relevant laws and regulations related to commercial real estate

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field (preferred)
• 5 years of experience in commercial real estate or related field
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Strong understanding of market trends and conditions
• Proven track record of success in closing deals and meeting sales targets
• Familiarity with real estate laws and regulations
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Valid real estate license (or willingness to obtain one)
