Job Title: Education Program Coordinator

Position Overview: We are seeking a highly organized and driven Education Program Coordinator to join our team. As an Education Program Coordinator, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing educational programs that align with our organization's mission and objectives. This role requires a dynamic individual who can collaborate with various stakeholders, including educators, students, and community partners, to create innovative and impactful programs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to identify educational needs and develop programs to address them.
• Design and develop curriculum, lesson plans, and instructional materials that are aligned with educational standards and objectives.
• Coordinate and schedule educational programs, workshops, and events.
• Recruit, train, and manage a team of educators and volunteers to support program delivery.
• Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness and make necessary adjustments to improve outcomes.
• Develop and maintain relationships with schools, community organizations, and other partners to promote program participation and support.
• Create and maintain accurate records and reports to track program progress and outcomes.
• Oversee the budget and resources allocated for educational programs.
• Keep up-to-date with current trends and best practices in education to continuously improve program offerings.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Social Sciences, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in program coordination, curriculum development, or related field.
• Knowledge of educational standards and best practices.
• Experience working with diverse groups of students and community partners.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and educational technology tools.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
