About the Role: We are currently seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Supply Chain Analyst to join our team at Global Trade Connect. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing and optimizing our supply chain processes to ensure the efficient and timely delivery of products to our customers. The ideal candidate has a strong background in data analysis, supply chain management, and a passion for driving continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct data analysis to identify areas for improvement within the supply chain process.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies for optimizing inventory levels, reducing lead times, and improving overall supply chain performance.
• Monitor and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify trends and areas of opportunity.
• Develop and maintain forecasting models to ensure accurate demand planning and inventory management.
• Proactively identify and resolve supply chain issues to minimize disruptions and delays.
• Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with supply chain policies and procedures.
• Generate reports and present findings to senior management to drive decision-making and process improvements.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and make recommendations for cost-effective solutions.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve supply chain processes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in supply chain analysis, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and manipulate large data sets.
• Proficient in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, and Tableau.
• Knowledge of supply chain management software, such as SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Attention to detail and ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
• Knowledge of lean principles and Six Sigma methodology is a plus.
