Position: Textile Production Director

Overview: We are seeking a highly experienced and driven Textile Production Director to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the production process and ensuring the timely and efficient delivery of high-quality textile products. You will play a critical role in driving our company's growth and success by effectively managing our production operations and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement production strategies to meet company goals and objectives
• Manage and lead a team of production staff, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure the highest level of performance
• Oversee the production process from start to finish, ensuring all operations are running smoothly and efficiently
• Monitor production timelines and make necessary adjustments to meet deadlines and customer demands
• Work closely with other departments, such as sales and design, to ensure seamless coordination and communication throughout the production process
• Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment
• Implement and maintain quality control standards to ensure all products meet or exceed customer expectations
• Analyze production data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to increase efficiency and reduce costs
• Stay current with industry trends and advancements in technology to continuously improve production processes and procedures
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and standards within the production facility

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in textile engineering, production management, or a related field
• 8+ years of experience in textile production, with at least 3 years in a management or supervisory role
• Extensive knowledge of textile production processes and equipment
• Proven track record of successfully managing and leading production teams
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and production management software
• Understanding of safety regulations and standards in a production environment
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed
