Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Semiconductor Quality Control Engineer. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our semiconductor products by overseeing all aspects of the quality control process. This is a critical role within our company, as our products are used in various industries such as consumer electronics, automotive, and medical devices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement quality control procedures, standards, and specifications for all semiconductor products.
• Conduct inspections and tests on incoming materials, in-process production, and finished products to ensure adherence to quality standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including R&D, production, and suppliers to identify and resolve any quality issues.
• Create and maintain quality control documentation, including standard operating procedures, inspection reports, and quality records.
• Perform statistical analysis of quality data and provide regular reports to management.
• Monitor and improve the efficiency and effectiveness of quality control processes.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our quality control processes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in quality control within the semiconductor industry.
• Knowledge of industry standards and specifications such as ISO, AS9100, and IPC.
• Strong understanding of semiconductor manufacturing processes and equipment.
• Experience with statistical analysis and quality control tools such as Six Sigma, SPC, and FMEA.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
