Position: Commercial Real Estate Property Manager

Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Real Estate Property Manager to join our dynamic real estate team. As the Property Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations, maintenance, and financial performance of our commercial properties. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong leadership skills, exceptional attention to detail, and a passion for providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of the property, including tenant relations, maintenance and repairs, leasing, and financial reporting.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with tenants, ensuring their needs are met and any issues are resolved in a timely manner.
• Oversee the leasing process, including marketing, tenant screening, lease negotiations, and move-in/move-out procedures.
• Collaborate with leasing agents to ensure all vacant units are marketed effectively and leased in a timely manner.
• Conduct regular property inspections to ensure the properties are well-maintained and comply with all safety and building codes.
• Develop and manage property budgets, forecasts, and financial reports, ensuring they are accurate and completed on time.
• Monitor financial performance, identify areas for cost savings, and implement strategies to increase revenue and decrease expenses.
• Act as the primary point of contact for property owners, providing regular updates on property performance, tenant issues, and any other relevant information.
• Negotiate contracts and oversee vendors to ensure quality work is completed on time and within budget.
• Stay current with market trends and make recommendations for property improvements or updates to remain competitive in the market.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business, real estate, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in property management, preferably in commercial real estate.
• Knowledge of local, state, and federal laws related to property management.
• Strong financial and budgeting skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple properties and tasks simultaneously.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and property management software.
• Ability to work independently and make sound decisions.
