Job Summary: As the Professional Services Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of our services to our clients. You will lead a team of professionals and work closely with various departments to ensure that our clients receive the best possible experience. You will also play a crucial role in building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the Professional Services team and provide leadership, guidance, and support to ensure the successful delivery of services to our clients.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as Sales, Product Development, and Customer Success, to ensure alignment and consistency in service delivery.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve the overall service delivery process and enhance the client experience.
• Oversee the development and execution of project plans, timelines, and budgets for all client projects.
• Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes to achieve client satisfaction and retention.
• Serve as the main point of contact for escalated client issues and provide timely and effective resolutions.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide personalized solutions.
• Act as a subject matter expert on our products and services, providing guidance and training to clients and internal teams.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a professional services management role, preferably in the software or technology industry.
• Proven track record of successfully managing a team and delivering high-quality services to clients.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with clients and internal teams.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Knowledge of industry best practices and trends in professional services management.
• Ability to travel as needed.
