Job Title: Donor Relations Coordinator

Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Donor Relations Coordinator to join our team. As the Donor Relations Coordinator, you will be responsible for cultivating and maintaining relationships with donors to support our organization's mission. Your role will be vital in ensuring that our donors feel valued and appreciated, leading to continued support and growth for our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement donor cultivation strategies to attract, retain, and steward donors.
• Build and maintain relationships with donors through phone calls, emails, and in-person meetings.
• Coordinate with the fundraising team to create and execute fundraising campaigns and events.
• Research and identify potential new donors, as well as maintain donor records and ensure accuracy.
• Create and distribute communication materials, including thank-you letters, annual reports, and impact summaries.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure that donor recognition and benefits are fulfilled.
• Plan and execute donor recognition and stewardship events.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in donor relations to continuously improve our strategies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Nonprofit Management, or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in donor relations, fundraising, or related field.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and donor management software.
