Key Responsibilities:

• Use CAD software to create detailed drawings and specifications for new product designs
• Develop prototypes and conduct performance testing to ensure products meet quality and safety standards

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably in Materials Science, Civil Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in product development, preferably in the building materials industry
• Strong knowledge of CAD software and experience with product design and development processes
• In-depth understanding of building materials and their properties
• Ability to conduct cost analysis and make recommendations for cost-effective production methods
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners
