Job Title: Academic Program Coordinator

Position Overview: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Academic Program Coordinator to join our team. As an Academic Program Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the development and implementation of our academic programs. You will work closely with faculty, students, and other stakeholders to ensure the smooth operation and success of our programs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with faculty to develop and implement curriculum for academic programs
• Coordinate class schedules, room assignments, and course materials for each term
• Manage student enrollment and registration processes
• Assist with recruitment efforts by attending college fairs and information sessions
• Provide guidance and support to students throughout their academic journey
• Maintain accurate records of student progress and academic standing
• Plan and coordinate academic events and activities, such as workshops and guest lectures
• Manage program budget and track expenses to ensure financial sustainability
• Collaborate with other departments and external partners to enhance program offerings and opportunities for students
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the academic programs
• Conduct regular evaluations and assessments to measure program effectiveness and make necessary adjustments

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in education, business, or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in academic program coordination or related role
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
• Knowledge of academic program development and curriculum design
• Familiarity with student services and support systems
