Job Overview: We are currently seeking a motivated and responsible Courier Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, excellent time-management skills, and a passion for providing exceptional customer service. As a Courier Driver, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and timely delivery of packages to various locations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely operate a company vehicle to pick up and deliver packages to assigned locations
• Plan and organize daily routes to ensure timely deliveries
• Verify and record all packages received and delivered
• Follow all traffic laws and safety regulations while driving
• Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers to provide updates on delivery status
• Handle and resolve any customer concerns or complaints in a professional manner
• Maintain accurate and organized delivery logs and reports
• Perform routine vehicle maintenance and keep the vehicle clean and in good working condition
• Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Minimum of 1 year experience as a delivery driver, preferably in a courier or logistics company
• Excellent time-management and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Familiarity with GPS devices and navigation apps
• Physically fit and able to lift up to 50 pounds
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• Must pass a background check and drug test
