HealthTech Innovators is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Medical Device Product Manager to join our dynamic team. As a leading medical device company, we are dedicated to developing innovative products that improve patient outcomes and enhance the healthcare industry.As the Medical Device Product Manager, you will play a critical role in the development, launch, and management of our medical device products. You will be responsible for overseeing the product life cycle from ideation to commercialization, ensuring that our products meet the needs of our target market and are in line with industry regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs and trends, and use this information to develop product strategies and roadmaps
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including R&D, marketing, sales, and regulatory to drive product development and launch initiatives
• Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure timely and successful product launches
• Create and maintain product documentation, including product specifications, user manuals, and training materials
• Conduct competitive analysis and stay updated on industry trends to inform product development decisions
• Work closely with sales and marketing teams to develop and execute product marketing strategies, including pricing, positioning, and messaging
• Collaborate with regulatory and quality teams to ensure products meet all necessary compliance and regulatory requirements
• Monitor product performance and customer feedback, and use this information to identify areas for improvement and drive product enhancements
• Act as a subject matter expert for the company's medical device products, providing training and support to internal teams and external stakeholders

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management, preferably in the medical device industry
• Strong understanding of medical device regulations, standards, and compliance requirements
• Proven experience in developing and launching successful medical device products
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders
• Results-driven with a strong focus on customer satisfaction
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
