Job Title: Education Program Manager

Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Education Program Manager to join our team. As an Education Program Manager, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing educational programs for our organization. You will also be responsible for managing a team of educators and collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure the success of our educational programs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in education, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for creating innovative and impactful educational programs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement educational programs that align with the organization's mission and goals.
• Collaborate with various stakeholders, including teachers, curriculum developers, and other team members, to design and deliver high-quality educational programs.
• Manage a team of educators, providing guidance, support, and training as needed.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of educational programs and make necessary modifications to ensure continuous improvement.
• Develop and manage budgets for educational programs, ensuring cost-effectiveness and efficient use of resources.
• Create and maintain partnerships with schools, universities, and other educational institutions to expand the reach of our programs.
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices in education, incorporating them into program design and delivery.
• Communicate program updates, progress, and results to key stakeholders, including senior leadership and board members.
• Oversee the recruitment and onboarding of educators for our programs.
• Foster a positive and inclusive work environment for the education team, promoting collaboration, creativity, and continuous learning.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in education, instructional design, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in program management, preferably in an educational setting.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Proven track record of designing and implementing successful educational programs.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
• Knowledge of curriculum development, instructional design, and assessment strategies.
• Understanding of budgeting and financial management principles.
• Passion for education and a commitment to creating meaningful and impactful learning experiences.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software.
