Key Responsibilities:

Designing and developing robotic systems that meet the specific needs and requirements of our company's manufacturing processes.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities and implement solutions using industrial robots.
Conducting feasibility studies and cost-benefit analyses to determine the viability of implementing robotic systems.
Creating and maintaining technical documentation, including design specifications, manuals, and training materials.
Programming and configuring robots to perform specific tasks accurately and efficiently.
Troubleshooting and resolving any technical issues that arise during the installation and operation of robotic systems.
Conducting regular maintenance and upgrades on robotic systems to ensure optimal performance.
Staying up-to-date with the latest advancements in robotics technology and incorporating them into our company's processes.
Providing training and guidance to operators and other team members on the safe and effective use of robotic systems.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in designing and programming industrial robots.
Strong knowledge of industrial robotics, including programming languages, sensors, and control systems.
Experience with 3D modeling software and CAD tools.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
Strong project management skills and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Familiarity with safety regulations and standards in the use of industrial robots.
Willingness to travel and work in different settings, including manufacturing facilities and customer sites.
